A luxury residential estate in Karen required structural waterproofing for a large concrete infinity pool and an adjacent 80,000-liter underground drinking water reservoir. Due to the villa's steep slope placement, any structural tank leakages could saturate the soil matrix and trigger landslides, risking the entire building foundation.
Phemat applied a fiber-reinforced, flexible dual-component cementitious tanking membrane to the internal walls. The swimming pool was treated with chemical-resistant epoxies to withstand chlorine sanitizers, while the drinking cistern was sealed with certified food-grade, VOC-free coatings to ensure safe potable water reserves.
The water tank required absolute chemical safety protocols to avoid drinking water contamination while resisting permanent hydro-pressures.
Using certified food-friendly, VOC-free coating materials, the tank passed all public health certifications with superb structural performance and zero drop in daily water meter levels.
"Phemat did a meticulous job. The pool is stunning, and the drinking water reservoir passed all laboratory health tests with flying colors."
